Could you give some more details about the setup:

View version, OS versions, type of clients, Display Protocol used, LAN/WAN.

It would also be useful to know if you are tunneling the connections and what the network is.

 

Is the DNS fully functional? Maybe one of the DNS-servers has been decommissioned but still configured on the client?
